The Halal Administrator - Klang Valley is responsible to advise, coach and work closely with Klang Valley Halal personnel for all Halal related matters.

**What will I be doing?**
- Monitor the Halal system and updating manual for Halal Assurance System whenever required.
- Update MyeHalal portal timely.
- Work together with Klang Valley Halal personnel to plan and execute HALAL preparation in order to be official Halal certified or renewed.
- Keep the hotels management updated on any changes related to Halal Certification.
- Responsible to reply on Non-conformance (Corrective Action) related to Halal matter and ensure the justification done in a timely manner.
- Monitor and ensure the Halal implementation, including the validity of the Halal status for Raw Material from supplier, cleaning chemicals and maintenance devices that may contact with food.
- Ensure the food & beverage supplies are halal and registered with MyeHALAL.
- Liaise with the suppliers in obtaining the halal certificates.
- Lead and conduct regular audits/inspections (Internal & External) to ensure high hygiene and food safety standards are in place and aligned with the HALAL Shariah requirement.
- Verify the documentation related to HALAL
- Ensure the halal certified hotels are following the requirement under MPPHM 2020, SPHM and MS 1500:2019.
