- Ensure proactive, ethical, and efficient management of the purchasing and supply functions across all departments.
- Coordinate purchasing needs with all departments.
- Identify potential suppliers and negotiate with them.
- Select the appropriate supplier and complete the vendor selection form for management approval.
- Review invoices against delivery orders and endorse invoices with attached purchase order copies.
- Verify purchase orders issued by the assistant to ensure accuracy in description, unit price, and total value.
- Follow up closely with overseas vendors for materials, parts, or machinery.
- Evaluate vendors monthly and produce reports for management review and verification.
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
- Resolve issues related to the purchase of services, supplies, and parts with internal requestors and vendors.
- Generate monthly and yearly reports for top management and accounts.
- Stay informed about market trends and price fluctuations and notify management efficiently for further action.
- Update the price list monthly.
- Dispose of ink solvent waste quarterly, following Jabatan Alam Sekitar regulations.
- Ensure all purchasing records are organized for quick retrieval and review.
- Perform any assignments as directed by top management.
- Ensure the Quality Management System (QMS) meets requirements.
- Ensure processes deliver their intended outcomes.
- Report on the performance of the QMS.
- Promote customer focus.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
