E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. Roles & Responsibilities - Manage sites' performance, proactively detect potential risks and take solid actions to ensure and maintain good performance - Investigate and track emerging opportunities in the TikTok Ads ecosystem and synthe analysis to deliver compelling recommendations to the leadership team - Define and execute strategies to maximize the impact and efficiency of sites' workforce with flexible allocation - Timely and effective work with stakeholders such as policy team, product & system teams, to help launch new workflows - Deep dive into sites' performance analysis, contribute insights, set up realistic and stretching goal and KPI metrics, keep tracking and driving efficient actions - Seek improvement opportunities as a process expert to help to improve operation management efficiency

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or above, majors in computer science, mathematics and statistics are preferred - Experience in Workforce Management or Capacity Planning, with a focus on Forecasting - Expert skills in Excel, advanced in SQL, knowledge & experience of different forecasting models/methods - Curiosity, problem-solving and analytical skills - Responsible and have strong ownership, ability to have sharp insights into data - Superb written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft business messaging appropriately & concisely for different audiences TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
