- Assistant to the Client Manager/CEO on operational issue and daily affairs.
- Coordinate and follow up on projects’ deadline, progress, and appointments.
- Worked collaboratively with other departments to assist with administrative matters.
- Manage daily/ weekly/ monthly agenda including meetings and appointments arrangement.
- Analyse prospective new merchants to develop and grow a base for different campaigns/projects assigned to you by the team.
- Assist in liaising with our merchant partners through the campaigns. You will be negotiating with the merchants for the promotions/privileges/deals which are in aligned with the client’s goals and direction with the goal of furthering the merchant’s brand awareness in accordance with their strategy.
- Attend meetings together with the Manager/CEO, manage schedule and calendar.
- Take meeting minutes, submit reports, prepare presentations, and briefs.
- Provide full range of administrative and secretary duties for the Manager/CEO.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Manager/CEO.

- Experienced in personal assistant/ secretary executive is encouraged to apply.
- Independent, and multitask with great attention to details.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
- Able to manage stress and work under fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in written and spoken English (Able to understand Malay & Mandarin is a perk)
- Possess own transport is preferable.
