Admin Assistant

Responsible for day-to-day finance and general administration tasks.
- Liaise with other departments, client/suppliers on matters related to AR/AP and assist with AR/AP tasks
- Monitor, follow up and documentation of collections
- Receiving and answering call from customer
- Assist in sales activities administration, such as quotation, issue sales invoices, DO. Key in purchase invoices, PO, GRN and etc.
- Handling and verification of staff claims, cash payments and receipts.
- Filing and maintaining all the company-related documents in a systematic manner.
- Manage administration of company insurance policies and vehicle road taxes including renewals, organizing payment, etc
- Manage day-to-day office general administrative tasks related to stationery, billing, filing, etc
- To assist in any other duties during the absence of other staff
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office / Google Office products
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
