- Assist in incorporating new company for clients.
- Preparation of resolution, minutes, and statutory document for client’s companies.
- Prepare/ file company’s annual return & update SSM on changes in statutory info.
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments and administrative matter.
- Other task assigned by management.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess basic skills in Microsoft Words and Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and a well-organised approach to work.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.

Location: Cheras, KL.
