**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare quotation for customer.
- Prepare purchase order, delivery order and invoice.
- Process government and private hospital order.
- Handle government procurement process through ePerolehan system.
- Liaises with customer and supplier for any related order.
- Filing document both physical and electronic.
- Prepare manager monthly claim.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Fresh graduate with no experience are welcome to apply.
- Computer Literacy in basic Microsoft Office Skills - Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
