**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Pulse Check (Monthly)**:

- Collate pulse (pre-flash) from offices in accordance with reporting calendar.
- Analyze and provide comments on material variances vs. latest forecasts.
- **Net Working Capital (Bi-Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly)**:

- Conduct aging follow-up and follow-up with offices on NWC variances.
- Prepare monthly comments in PowerPoint decks on NWC variances.
- Assist in quarterly NWC forecast preparation.
- **Forecasts and Budgets (Quarterly and Yearly)**:

- Perform technical checks on forecasts and budgets.
- Coordinate the submission of quarterly control to Global.
- **Legal Entities Simplification (Quarterly)**:

- Collate legal entities update and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **IFRS 16 / Costar Reconciliation**:

- Manage reconciliation processes related to IFRS 16 and Costar.
- **Intercompany Balances (ICM) Reconciliation**:

- Conduct regular reconciliation of intercompany balances and follow-up with markets to resolve discrepancies.
- **Support to Reporting Team**:

- Provide support to the Reporting Team as needed.
- Perform regional controls checks on dormant/inactive/holding companies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with a Professional certification in e.g. CPA/CA or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related field with at least 2 years solid experience in leading a team.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with financial systems and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
