Service Manager Analytics

The Service Owner has an end-to-end accountability for the quality of Analytics Platform service, making sure they deliver the correct changes at the right time and at the right cost to provide tangible value to customers. The job plays a role in establishing a data-centric organisation by ensuring an always on Analytics Platform.
What we ask
- Working and thinking level: Higher Vocational / Applied sciences / Bachelor (HBO) > 10 years of experience (in a data related role) or Academic / Master (WO) > 7 years of experience in a data related role.
- Extensive experience in various stages of the product life cycle, demonstrating the ability to make informed decisions on progression or pausing.
- Proficient in planning and engaging with relevant stakeholders at each project stage.
- On top of industry best practices and skilled in optimising operational efficiency through effective communication of working methods.
- Able to proactively anticipate and address problems within the broader context, articulating issues and guiding others to do the same.
- Able to collaborate with, lead and inspire an expert team with enthusiasm.

- Serve as the central point of contact, ensuring accuracy in the Service Catalog
- Adopt a portfolio view, managing end-to-end services, which include multiple products and channels.
- Ensure compliance with agreed internal & external standards, pro-actively manages external audits and inform the budget owners on potential outcomes.
- Long term vision to enhance the service of the platform and set the scene for self-service (business) users.
- Manage client communication for service launch and maintenance, coordinate internal communication, and influence vendor development for continuous improvement.
