**Responsibility**
- Be the voice of the consumer, use consumer & shopper understanding to identify market opportunities & business risk. Delivering an in-depth understanding of the consumer and market to provide insights and recommendations that are embraced, acted upon and lead to business growth.
- Partner with our teams across markets to drive consumer driven brand strategy, help build winning portfolios, innovations & commercial plans to help win with consumer & grow our brand equity & market shares.
- Review and finalize draft designs (i.e. questionnaires, analytic plans, reports, presentations) prepared by agencies.
- Translate data to insights, create compelling stories and powerful synthesis of findings to drive high impact business decisions through insightful and actionable recommendations.
- Support the reporting manager in driving issue-based analyses, build effective analytical presentations and consultative storytelling to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Responsible for the data analysis for E-Commerce and offline sales - Describe the situation of the business, explain the fluctuations of business and provide valuable suggestions with reports. Knowledge of Power BI is a must.
**Minimum Requirement**
- Minimum five years of experience in market research including expertise in consumer businesses, emerging markets, brands & and innovation. Experience must include exposure to concept and product testing, pack testing, running brand health tracking, retail data measurement
- On ground experience in Indonesia, India, Vietnam & rest of South East Asia would be valued.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to consult, partner and work effectively with senior business leaders and business partners across cultures and functions.
- Key skills include strong base of analytical skills to assess interpret and translate data from multiple primary and secondary research into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Possess an open-minded approach to new methods and a creative inclination to tackle challenging business issues. Solid business orientation and ability to execute effectively and efficiently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
