**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:
**A) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist in maintaining financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries
- Prepare expenses report and other financial documents
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor account balances to ensure accuracy
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and year-end closing
- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry & document management
- Performing day-to-day accounting operations
- Other duties as assigned by Management from time-to-time

**B) JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field,
- Committed and self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
