**Requirements**:

- Fluent in French and English
- 1-2 years of Inside Sales IT sales experience preferred, with understanding of IT hardware products (partner/distributor sales experience is a plus)
- Cold calling experience with a proactive and aggressive attitude (30-40 calls daily)
- French nationality preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand and address customer financial needs and pain points
- Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Build strong relationships and trust with customers, aiding in onboarding and maximizing value of QuickBooks
- Drive high call activity and productive conversations through structured sales approach
- Proactively engage customers to showcase the value of solutions
- Possess negotiation skills to manage customer relationships profitably
- Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge of QuickBooks
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, providing feedback to improve processes
- Anticipate objections and prepare effective responses
- Continuously learn and develop proficiency in sales techniques and tools
- Meet or exceed sales targets, preferably in tech, media, software, or financial services industries
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, tenacity, and a proactive attitude
- Handle high-volume workload efficiently
- Proficiency in multiple Asian languages preferred
