Job description
- To assist the Finance Manager in all accounting matters.
- To handle full set of account and responsible for the day to day accounting functions.
- Preparation of financial report and project cashflow reporting
- Reconcilation of suppliers and contractors statement.
- Checking of monthly trial balance and audit scheduled.
- Preparation of staff pay slip and taxation document.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, Tax Agent, legal, banker, clients, contractor and etc on the account matters.
- Ensures account data and records are up to date.
- Monitor and maintain proper filing and documentation.
- Assist in all other accounting task when required.

Job Qualification
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiar with MYOB and other accounting software.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Independent, responsible, committed and proactive.
- Working experience in construction and development industries is an added advantage.
- Mature, meticulous, good interpersonal skills and able to work under minimum supervision.
