**About the Job**:
Within PPG, we have the opportunity for SAP O2C Senior Consultant based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
- The position will be working as part of the Global SAP Centre of Excellence on SAP S/4 BAU operations as well as projects
- This position requires broad expertise across the O2C domain with skills in a variety of functions within SD module such as Pricing, Order Entry, Delivery, Shipment, Billing, integration with other modules like MM, FI, CO
- Additionally understanding of integration points of SD module with other functions like eWM, PP, QM and GLM is a benefit
- In this role you will be required to implement business solutions based on user requirements analysis
- Propose, design or configure, document and test business solutions according to the functional and technical requirements adhering to SAP standard and our foundational S/4 template as closely as possible
- You will collaborate closely with a number of your colleagues across the globe but will be based alongside other SAP Consultants in the Technology Centre in KL
- We expect travel to be approximately 5% - 25% of your time
- Within a matrix organization you will report to the Service Delivery Manager APAC and will be affiliated to Global SAP CoE O2C Stream Lead

**Your New Role**:

- You will be proactive in building excellent working relationships with both your IT colleagues and business partners.
- Within 1 - 3 months you will need to show your skills as a self-starter who can quickly develop sound understanding of our S/4 template. Furthermore, you will be required to build knowledge of our SBU processes in order to facilitate rapid solutioning
- Within 3 months you will be required to evaluate the x-stream impact of any solutions proposed and ensure that SAP standard/our foundational template is adhered to as closely as possible
- You will be encouraged to mentor, lead, and support junior members of the Order to Cash project team

**To qualify for the role, you must have**:

- Excellent English oral and written communication skills, including technical writing
- Proficiency in Mandarin
- Min 7 years’ experience with strong process knowledge of multiple SAP O2C modules/functions (Pricing, Order Entry, Delivery, Shipment, Billing, integration with other modules) as well as general SAP ECC knowledge
- Played a Senior Consultant role, ideally with numerous ECC or S/4 implementations in O2C domain
- Strong knowledge of business processes within the Customer Service and/or Logistics area
- Committed to delivering high quality work in pressurized environments and be an outstanding self-starter
- An ability to work independently in a “remote working” organization
- 4-year degree in Information Management, Computer Science or other business-related field is required

**Your knowledge of SAP must include**:

- Deep understanding of a variety of O2C modules and of end to end business processes within this domain
- Extensive experience in the process design, configuration and trouble-shooting of SAP O2C modules across complex and highly integrated order entry & pricing processes
- Extensive experience in integration of SD with external systems (EDI, Idoc, WebServices/BAPIs)

**Skills and experience for success**:

- Experience using SAP Solution Manager toolset for managing changes, transports and incidents would be advantageous
- Basic understanding of ABAP and ability to perform basic debugging within SD (exits, VOFM)
- Experience in integrating SAP with C/4 HANA Sales/Service
- Experience in working with warehouse managed on eWM
- Participation in S/4 implementation as O2C Senior Consultant
