- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling meetings
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Developing reports and presentations
- Maintaining corporate calendars
- Writing reports
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring daily tasks are being planned, scheduled, and executed efficiently.
- Welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings, appointments and directing various administrative projects.
**Requirements**:
- Communication, organizational skills, as well as project management skills and time management skills.
- Excellent computer and MS Excel skills
- Applicants must be willing to work in Balakong, Seri Kembangan
**Job Type**: Internship
**Salary**: Up to RM500.00 per month
