Front Desk Customer Service Assistant

**Job descriptions**:
- Meet and Greet customers
- Answer and respond to calls on time
- Make and follow-up appointments
- Updating of data in system
- Perform simple car inspection
- To manage all driver's issues/ complaints and escalate to management, when required, to resolve the issues on time, with support from relevant managers and other support staff.
- Monitor job progress and coordinate with workshop and relevant departments, to ensure that vehicles are delivered to customers within the committed delivery time.
- Ensure that the work operation process as per company SOP.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM holders
- Willing to work on Saturdays
- Understand customer’s service needs
- Work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Basic Computer Skills
**Working Hours**:
9.00am - 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
9.00am - 4.00pm (Saturday) (Take Turns)
(Sunday : Closed)
**Work Place**:
