We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Agents for Banks. This role offers exceptional freedom and flexibility, allowing you to earn substantial income with mínimal requirements. You will work closely with clients, providing them with tailored insurance solutions, and benefit from numerous incentives, including fast-track promotions and exciting company trips.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and investment preferences.
- Conduct thorough assessments to recommend suitable insurance and investment products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

**Sales and Business Development**:

- Achieve a minimum of two successful insurance policy placements per month.
- Utilize bank channels and networks to identify and secure potential clients.

**Product Knowledge and Training**:

- Stay updated on the latest insurance products, services, and industry trends.
- Attend training sessions and workshops online and physically when required to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
