**Reports To**:

- Senior Cargo Officer

**Role Purpose**:

- The position is to perform inbound, outbound and transit cargo document are properly handled in accordance to company standard operating procedures. Staff also need to ensure all estimate and final cargo load is dispatched to Loadsheet (Malaysia Airlines, MH & Foreign Carrier Airlines, FOCA) within service standard for flight load planning.

**Key Accountability**:

- Finalize the cargo load and dispatch final cargo load to Loadsheet at minus two hours from Standard Time Departure (STD) using MH system or Customer Airlines System.
- Monitor movement of the flight schedule thru Flight Monitoring System and take action when necessary.
- Monitor and ensure all flight documents are in order and dispatch to aircraft by vendor within service standard.
- Prepare, match and complete documentations against cargo manifest.
- Handover complete documentation to vendor for dispatch and record in logbook.
- Perform daily stock check on all pigeonhole (MH/FOCA) and action if found irregularity.
- Liaise with other unit/department for last minute shipment/changes in flight load.
- Ensure Notification to Captain (NOTOC) is raised and dispatch to Load Sheet and copy of DG documents retain in filing.
- Ensure accurate data update of AWB information into system.
- Update the correct pieces, weight, routing, commodity codes, flight number, rates, and other charges.
- Update correct pallet number, pieces, weight, and destination of each Unit Load Device (ULD) in the warehouse system entry field.
- Perform amendment of information requested by customer based on original documents.
- Deliver documents to consignee/agent within service standards.
- Monitor vendor performance.
- Ensure all documentations are in order and proper filling as per IMS requirement.
- Maintain cleanliness at all times and perform daily 5S activities.
- Maintain attendance as per daily roster.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- SPM or higher tertiary qualification / Diploma
- At least 3 years experiences in cargo operation.

**Areas of Experience**:
