Office Coordinator

**Responsibility**:
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Assist with data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate staff members
**Requirement**:
- Please take note that you must be either completed **SPM or Diploma** in order to apply
- Previous experience working in an office environment or similar administrative role is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Independent
- Age must be below 30 years old
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
