Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry and Documentation:

- Support & Assist Reporting officer assigned task time to time
- Enter and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and other documentation systems.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of organizational files and records.
- Assist with HRDC approval of courses, certificate renewal, claim submission, and liaison activities

Communication:

- Liaising with local DBKL EPF, Socso, MDA, HRDF, and ESD local authorities for registration

Scheduling and Coordination:

- System software installation, firewall coordination with HQ
- Supplier quote coordination.

Research and Reporting:

- Website quality check.
- Property locating for office
- Business WhatsApp and calling system organising for various country office
- Assist in Finding new office locations for Australia, Philippines, USA, Europe, etc.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate with team members on special projects and tasks.
- Provide support to other departments as needed

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
