**Job Summary**

Administrative Assistant cum Receptionist play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of office administration. The responsibilities include:
**Responsibilites**

1. Greeting visitors in a warm and professional manner.

2. Answering and directing incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary.

3. Managing the flow of visitors and maintaining a welcoming reception area.

4. Keep the reception area clean and presentable at all times

5. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

6. Managing meeting room reservations, and assisting with meeting arrangement such as refreshment as and when necessary.

7. Managing office supplies including stationeries, pantry items.

8. Assist superior in preparation of documents, reports related to administration.

9. Organize and maintain documents and filing related to administration.

10. Providing general administrative support to Human Resources and Administration departments.

11. Any other duties as assigned by the superior as and when necessary.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum SPM Holder.

2. Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Melayu.

3. Pleasant and friendly personality.

4. Able to do basic administrative work.

5. Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, or in a similar role.

6. Willingness to go above and beyond in serving guests.

7. Experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, or in a similar role will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
