Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Professional Division is partnered with a investment holding company who are currently seeking an exceptional Sales Consultant for their Sales Consulting subsidiary.
As a Sales Consultant Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue by actively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.
**Job responsibilities**:
- Generate sales leads through prospecting, networking, and cold calling to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Recommend and present appropriate solutions or products based on the client's needs, demonstrating a strong understanding of our offerings.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products or services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales and secure long-term partnerships with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies and provide feedback on customer needs and preferences.
- Utilize CRM software or other tools to manage sales pipelines, track progress, and generate accurate sales reports.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis, consistently striving for professional growth and improvement in sales techniques.
