**Responsibilities**
- Educate customers on self-service options and automated banking channels.
- Conduct call backs for transaction confirmations and reach out for supporting documents as needed.
- Clarify customer needs, evaluate problems, and provide solutions.
- Perform specified KYC tasks when required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (such as finance, business, or economics)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a bank or financial institution customer service environment preferred
- Extensive banking knowledge and understanding of financial products and services

Job Details:

- Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia
- Shift : 9:00am to 18:00pm (5 Working Days)

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
