Human Resources Assistant

**Operational**
- Carries out recruitment activities, prepares and places newspaper and online advertisements for open positions.
- Prepares letters of offer to new hires and engages in on-boarding process.
- Applies work passes for new hires, if applicable.
- Prepares a weekly vacancy report for Human Resources Manager.
- Coordinates and attends job fairs on ad-hoc basis.
- Administers the confirmation process of new hires.
- Ensures that all work passes, e.g. work permits are valid and renewed upon notification by the relevant Ministry.
- Administers the associate referral programme and any benefit scheme and submit documents to Accounts for payment.
- Assists in the preparation of reports, e.g. month-end manning report, vacancy report, manager’s report
- Administers the associate complimentary stay programme.
- Prepares monthly updated emergency contacts list
- Ensures that associate personal details are updated at least once a year.
- Ensures that Associate Facilities are maintained to Hyatt Hotels Corporation's high standards of operation.
- Assists with the development, implementation and administration of associate relations, compensation and benefits, recognition and recruitment programs.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
