Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur Full time

To confirm reservations for rooms according to the room’s availability.
- Accord the rates that are currently in effect and arrange the billing according to the hotel procedures.
- To handles all group tours/ conventions including the rooming list.
- To record all reservations neatly and accurately on prescribed forms.
- To neatly file all updated correspondence.
- To handle all Online Travel Agent bookings.
- To check incoming faxes and distribute them to the relevant people.
- To send out confirmation letter promptly if requested.
- To update guest history records, travel agency/ company records and account receivable records on a regular basis.
- To check any no show and cancellation report and file it together with the correspondence.
- To coordinate with both OTA’s and Travel Agents and update the room allotment.
- To prepare Performa invoice for companies/ travel agents and follow up any prepayment before arrival.
- To maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues and all other departments.
- To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel’s policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
- To maintain the cleanliness of the working area.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in relevant industry
- Posses excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under challenging environment
- Possessed good and strong network relationship
- Able to work shift
and part time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
