Maximisation of room sales and revenue for the hotel
- supervise the taking of reservations and operates systems in accordance with minimum company standards.
- Ensure the department operates with a sales attitude and all personnel are aware of sales opportunities with the hotel which assist with the maximum of revenue.
- Ensure commercial management techniques of availability control are applied to achieve the maximasation of room sales and revenue.
- Ensure accurate advance booking count and forecasting is carried out.
- Compile departmental work shedules.
- Develop and maintain a high level of communication with all major sources of business, and advice front office manager of feedback where necessary
- Ensure the well being of all reservations department personnel.
- Ensure training records are kept updated, all planned training is carried out, along with any corrective or re-training required.
- Carry out all interviews for prospective reservations sales agents.
- To perform any additional duties and responsibilities as when requested by the management.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
