Account Admin Executive

Pasir Gudang, Malaysia JOBBUILDER Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Perform date entry (using AutoCount System)

2. Perform bookkeeping, develop and maintain filing system

3. Perform task or assignment according to SOP or as directed by the management.

4. Prepare full set of accounts and perform daily accounting record for general ledger, payables, receivables, bank reconciliation and fixed asset register.

5. Responsible for preparing monthly accounting schedules

6. Monitor and update collections for accounts receivables and ensure that payments are made within reasonable period,

7. Maintain an efficient filing system is storing all accounting records.

8. Involve in stock count and tagging of fixed assets

9. Liase with auditors and banks when the needs arise

10. Other ad-hoc request from the superior

11. Assist in preparing & handling legal documents, contract and correspondence.

**Qualifications**:
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong focus on financial planning and analysis.

3. Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu. Proficiency in Korean is an advantage

4. Strong technical accounting skills, with a good understanding of relevant accounting standards and regulations.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and make recommendations for improvement.

6. Required skills: Microsoft Office and Accounting Software

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pasir Gudang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
