**Generate Sales**: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other means. Continuously expand the customer base.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support to meet those needs.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a strong understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
- **Sales Strategies**: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Analyze and adapt to market trends and competition.
- **Sales Process Management**: Manage the entire sales process from finding a potential lead to closing deals, including negotiation, contract signing, and after-sales support.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on market trends.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management regarding sales activities and achievements.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and effectively communicate brand messages.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven individual with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Able to work under pressure in Shah Alam office.
- Able to lead Sales team with good communications with all level of people.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Cert or Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales / Marketing / Business Administration/ Marketing or relevant field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Experience in F&B Majority market.
- 2 years experience in recruiting & handling product stockiest, agent & drop-shipper
- 3 years experience in Sales offline & online.
- IT savvy (Shopee, Lazada, TT shop & Amazon)
- Experience in closing sales thru social media posting, comment & DM’s.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- recruiting product stockist, agent & dropshipper: 2 years (preferred)
- handling product stockist, agent & dropshipper: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa & English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- License (preferred)
