Title of Hiring Manager: HR Site Lead

JOB PURPOSE:
We are looking to provide a learning opportunity for an intern in.
This role is for an intern looking to explore the human resources division and how it relates to supporting business growth. The role will explore culture and strategy of the workforce and how actions lead to development of capability, capacity & culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role,
- You will work closely with HR leader in Malaysia.
- Understand Haleon’s interconnected format of the people team.
- Deliver one engagement project.
- Learn how to build capability of workforce and understand how site operations work in general.
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
- Understand how to connect business goals to people initiatives
- Understand the various roles played by the people team.
- Gain an idea of you own career aspirations based on this experience.
- Effective professional communication
- Improve presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- An individual who is interested in how people think, act and perform.
- An individual who wants to explore a career in HR, People & Culture.
- An individual who can speak and write clearly in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- An individual ready to build/create solutions.
- Able to commit more than 6 months internship.
Location - this role is based in: Ulu Kelang/Ampang
