Business Development Recruiter

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment and ensuring positions are filled in a timely manner in line with clients’ expectation.
- Responsible to gather detailed information for the job assignment in order to facilitate effective recruitment drive.
- Prospect for potential new client and turn into increased business ~ meet potential client by growing, maintaining and leveraging business network
**Requirements**:
- Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field
- At least 3-4 years of full-cycle of recruiting experience or equivalent
- Preferably from Recruitment firm/agency
- Previous experience in sales and business development is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Ability to independently manage workload with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and target driven environment. Be a team player in a highly successful team environment
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
