**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling, and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities by attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and tailor recruitment solutions that align with their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive intelligence, and potential areas for business expansion.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Foster long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices to provide value-added insights to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative recruitment solutions and improve service offerings based on client feedback.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma OR Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development or in a similar sales role within the recruitment industry, OR 360 recruitment experience.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry, including knowledge of various recruitment methods, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
