**Responsibilities**:
- About the Company
- Gintell established in the year 1996 and has been expanding its business and have distribution network of more than 130 outlets throughout Southeast Asia.
- We are on the lookout for a Business Development Executive who has market outreach and network in retails industry, to help us grow and expand business opportunities & prospecting.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying and securing business opportunities.
- Expand and grow existing customers' business with new areas of opportunities.
- Research and analyse market's potential, trends and organizations or individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the customers portfolio throughout marketing activities.
- Developing goals for the development and business growth.
- Planning and strategize action plan to meet the company goals.
- Identifies opportunities for digital marketing and promotion campaigns that will lead to increase in revenue.
- Plans and executes the company's overall digital marketing strategy together with the Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Department.
- To identify relevant and potential KOLs (Key Opinion Leader) and work out with them.
- Any ad-hoc tasks which being assigned by the superior / management from time to time.
- Job Requirements:
- Possess Bachelor' Degree and/or professional qualifications in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least Two (2) years in Business Development
- Must be familiar with latest technology and platforms used for digital marketing and social media management.
- Experience in retail industry
- Good communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
- Good planning and organization skills.
- Self-starter and independent with mínimal supervision.
- Positive attitude & always seek for better improvement.
