- Mengurus surat-menyurat melalui mel dan e-mel
- Mengatur dan menjadualkan temu janji
- Membantu pengurusan inventori
- Menyelenggara pemfailan pejabat dan sistem organisasi
- Membantu dengan tugas perakaunan asas, seperti invois dan penjejakan perbelanjaan
- Memberi sokongan kepada pasukan pengurusan mengikut keperluan

Kelayakan:

- Diploma sekolah tinggi atau setaraf diperlukan; Ijazah bersekutu diutamakan
- Mahir dalam suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Kemahiran organisasi dan pengurusan masa yang kukuh
- Keupayaan untuk bekerja secara bebas dengan pengawasan yang minimum
- Perhatian kepada perincian dan ketepatan

Faedah:
