Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

The main job function is to support Enterprise Business in providing end-to-end solution to enterprise customers based on the requirement provided and gather from customers. Work closely with Engineering, Enterprise Business and Delivery team to ensure that the solution is delivered to customer as per design and handover to Operation. Come out new product technical solution and perform POC.

Funnel Management

Control on all the service request and orders received from business team with deep understanding of the requirements Able to segregate and store the data in detail where it can used for analytics to improve efficiency Share weekly updates and have clear control on the status of the funnels moving into next stage To identify new funnels besides customer orders to grow revenue opportunity

Solution assessment and Service Design Management

‘Lead’ and review high level design, costing and delivery timeline based on business requirement To ensure cost efficient and optimum design to help Enterprise win the deals. Identify, register and mitigated the risk to solution delivery End to end detail design of Enterprise link ownership, Verify and approve the end-to-end design Change request management from scope, solution, design and cost for all customer orders

Policy, Design Guideline Management

To develop and manage the enterprise service design and guidelines (Wired, wireless, IP, VLAN) Review and monitor the SLA status if it is valid for the proposals Review solution architecture is compliance to design policy and guidelines to ensure that solution provided to customers it optimised and cost is competitive. To work with Transport Platform owners for any product and solution that is align to Maxis infra roadmap.

Capacity management

To monitor and manage deployed Enterprise connectivity links such as Data center capacity for IP and DWDM nodes, Thai Transit trunk, Enterprise building port utilisation Work with Platform Engineering to ensure infra is ready with capacity to support Business funnel and also provide forecast on power and space requirement to Rollout and Transport team.

Contract management

To support RFI and RFT requirements to support Enterprise products/solution Ensure the contract value in always enough to have continuous delivery activities To participate in vendor performance evaluation exercise to close the gaps and improve the services to customer

Cost management

Ensure solution costing and delivery is as per plan Perform design optimization which directly lower down the cost to deliver Identify cost drivers and work to reduce the costing with stakeholders Competitive cost to win the deals

New Technology and Development

Continuous work on new skillset that will keep Maxis abreast in People development. Digitalisation Process Enhancement (Simplify, Enhance, Efficient).

Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree / MSC in Engineering
- Total Relevant Experience: 4 to 6 years in design & implementation of telco network
- Knowledge in IP Network Planning & Design (NGBB & IP Core migration), Mobile Private Network Solution (Shell Private LTE), Contract & Project management (Private Network MFA, BoD), Automation using Python and Power AutomateAI/ML (basic ) or Other automation projects (Automated Bandwidth Checking/ABC), Packet analysis using Wiresharks
