Customer Coordination Officer

Requirements: - Minimum Diploma in Administration or Project Management or equivalent - Relevant experience in project coordination and/or administration. - Strong ability to handle coordination of multiple projects. - Attention to detail in all administrative requirements. - Able to communicate fluently in English. - Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word. - Flexible and able to adapt quickly to various working conditions. Responsibilities: - Primary point of contact for customers for project coordination and administration. - Manage the scheduling, coordination and implementation of products and services. - Attend to customers requests and facilitate them with responses and/or solutions in a timely manner. - Manage and oversee the data requirements, production schedule and deliverables as required - Ensure project / product or service has a smooth and timely transition through all phases. - Support the team by developing strategic plans, goals and timelines. - To abide to all Company rules and regulations including awareness of Company's Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies. - To read, understand and be in compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics and its related policies at all times. - To comply with the Company’s Risk Management Manual, Policy and Procedures and related instructions including awareness and carry out the roles and responsibilities required under the documents. - To carry out any other duties and job functions as and when required by the company or any person(s) acting on behalf of the company
