Responsible for issuing POs to suppliers, validating, and communicating for purchasing
- Ensure and monitor the purchase order's meeting the delivery lead time
- Accountable for the entire material purchasing cycle, including follow-up deliveries and ensuring timely delivery of goods
- Undertake other special assignments assigned by the purchasing manager
- To prepare the purchase order by comparing specifications and price and obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items.
- Stock order forecast
- Weekly stock order compilation and monthly stock balance reports
- Material request management
- Ensure that process efficiency, effectiveness, and product quality are met, resulting in the order's successful completion.
- Ensure that materials are delivered on time in order for site operation to run smoothly.
- Manage good-term relationships with suppliers.

**Job Requirement**
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Computer literate, autocount and Microsoft office will be an added advantage.
- Can start work immediately will be advantage.
- Able to complete the given tasks on time.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
