Assistant Town Planner

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior town planners to develop and implement comprehensive town planning strategies.
- Participate in preparing documents and plans for submission to local authorities and technical departments.
- Liaise with local authorities, technical departments and other stakeholders.
- Support in the review and assessment of development proposals.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders and decision-makers.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Town Planning
- At least 1-year experience within the town planning field
- Good in AutoCAD
- Experienced in preparing layouts and follow up with local authorities and technical departments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate and motivated. High willingness to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

- 75% (preferred)
