**During internship period, will expose and covering the below field**:

- Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
- Manage the monthly payroll process, to deliver a correct and timely payroll each month.
- Verify the records of absence for illness, maternity or other leaves.
- Manage all employee queries in an efficient manner relating to payroll.
- Produce monthly HR reporting including monthly headcount report, overtime report and monthly report for the Management and Account Department.
- Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations - EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, EIS, etc.
- Attend and prepare employees SOCSO matters and file reports of accidents and injuries at establishment.
- Monitor employee’s insurance movement (e.g. update the P.A, Hospitalization Insurance).
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are strictly adhered to.
- Remain in compliance with all legal and institutional requirements at all times.
- To comply and enforce the compliances of the available SOP/ ISO 9001/ ISO 14001 & etc.
- To ensure that all the required recording, reporting and filling are properly carried out
- To perform and discharge promptly and efficiently any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM1,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
