**JOB SCOPE**
- To attend to customer inquiries and concerns from e-commerce channels via outbound calls
- To build meaningful relationships with potential customers through a consultative approach, understanding their current and future needs, providing first contact resolution and negotiating a positive outcome for the Customer
- To provide informative messages and proactive follow-up service to successful customers
- To meet and exceed Company’s sales goals and productivity target
- **REQUIREMENTS**_
- Preferably with experience in Sales / Retails/ Direct
- Be initiative and has strong integrity, good interpersonal skill, and a result-driven personality
- Good communication skills in Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
- A positive attitude is required
- Full-time position available
- Must be willing to work in the Mont Kiara area
- Fresh graduates are welcomed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
