- In charge of a given portfolio of designated properties.
- To assist in implementing the property management policies.
- To work with the property/facility managers on planned preventive maintenance and implementation of schedule activities.
- Regular on-site visit to check on the facility managers/service/maintenance contractors.
- To conduct regular visits to the property under your portfolio to ensure that the buildings are satisfactorily managed, safe and any repairs to be carried out timely.
- Check and prepare Approval Request received from outsource property/facility managers on the repairing and maintenance prior submitted to the Manager for concurrence.
- Check and verify every bills/invoices for property expenses before submitting to the Finance & Unit Trust Operations department (FUT) for payment.
- To assist in drafting of Tenancy Agreement for any new and/or renewal of tenancies.
- Check and prepare all the utility bills and property taxes are paid promptly.
- To prepare, update and maintain Tenancy List.
- To check on the contract agreement period for all the buildings under your portfolio and propose for renewal.
- To attend complaints received from the tenant.
- To assist the leasing and marketing unit in promoting any vacant office space of the building under your portfolio.
- To monitor all tenants to comply with the terms and conditions stipulated in the Tenancy Agreement.
- To liaise with the manager and FUT department on the process of expenses claim.
- To handle the insurance claims from the date of the incident until the settlement of offer.
- To update date and information of property under your portfolio in the property portfolio management system.
- To manage documentation and filing system.
- To ensure drawings, plans and manual are properly kept.
- To assist the Manager in carrying out on the daily tasks.

Requirement
- Degree in Real Estate/Property Management/Facility Management
- Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English both written and oral.
- Must be able to work as a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Independent with minimum supervision.
- Minimum 2 years working experience.
