Property/condominium Executive

**Job scope:
- **
- Administration of Management Office (attending calls, courier services, general inquires and etc)
- Attend to tenants’ matters, requests, complaints, inquiries and make appropriate decision
- Liaise and arrange repairing works with tenants, contractors and maintenance team
- Inspect units before check-in (ensure completeness of electrical appliances and furniture as per tenancy agreement and cleanliness)
- Conduct check-in process with new tenants (in-coming tenants)
- Attend and inspect units for out-going tenants, conduct a check-out process and tabulate charges
- Prepare Purchase Requisition for all purchase requests for HQ approval
- Assist to inspect condition of vacant units
- Assist to keep records of maintenance works (such as, replacement of airconds, piping, wardrobe, kitchen cabinet and etc.)
- Prepare payment vouchers
- Collect payments from tenants such as rentals and utility bills
Assist to arrange and distribute monthly/quarterly utilities billing to tenants
Assist to prepare Monthly Report
Assist to monitor common areas cleanliness, landscape, security guards and facilities
Any matters as instructed by HQ/Management

- Assistant Property Manager/Property Manager
**Requirement:
- **
- Diploma in Property Management or equivalent qualification, SPM and above
- Minimum Two years experience in similar field/ relevant working experience
- Fast learner
