PRIMA U1 JOB VACANCY - ADMIN ASSISTANT Job Description - Assist in general office administrative work, scheduling appointment, Annual AGM preparation and documentation - Coordinate with other section department to ensure task complete timely - Follow up on the outstanding payments for rental parking and vending machines - Promptly handle and attend to owners’ complaints and resolve the problems - Liaising with purchaser, local authorities, solicitor and etc - Write official letters in English and Malay - Prepare bi-annual newsletter - Handling incoming & outgoing phone calls, fillings and paper work - Able to handle any ad-hoc and related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time Requirement: - Minimum 2 years’ related experience - Working experience in JMB/Property Management is an advantage - Proficient in speaking and writing in English and Malay - Possess good communication and problem-solving skills - Self-motivated & ability to work independently - Ability to multitask and teamwork - Preferably able to join ASAP / 1 month notice Work Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm Work Location: Prima U1 Condominium, Section U1, Shah Alam
