Job Description
Develop property development strategy & lead operations, including Business
Development, Land Acquisition, Project Management, Construction Management, Cost &
Contract, Planning & Design, Sales & Marketing, and Corporate Finance.
Responsible for the Project Feasibility & P&L
Oversee project progress from inception to completion, ensuring that customer expectations are exceeded, and regular updates are provided to the Board of Directors.
Lead the project management team, providing guidance direction and training to all to ensure project goals are met and exceeded.
Inspire and develop executives to ensure the readiness of talents for succession and maintain a leadership pipeline.
Establish systems that facilitate the achievement and execution of organizational objectives.
Keep up with industry trends to identify changes in project strategies, tools, and terminology and adapt accordingly.
Prepare annual budgets, schedule expenditures, and initiate corrective action to meet financial objectives.
Execute risk management to minimize project risks. Report and escalate to management as needed.
Requirement
Headed strategic operations with a proven track record in the sustainable and continued growth of the business.
Overseen and involved with the inception, implementation and completion of township/mixed development
Knowledgeable in building regulations, authority requirements, product development and project implementation standards and processes.
Hold a minimum requirement of Bachelors in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in property development and construction.
