**Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Leadership**: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling to maintain smooth business functionality.
- **Policy and Compliance**: Ensure all operations comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations, maintaining high standards of operational integrity.
- **Strategic Planning**:Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization’s goals, driving business growth and performance.
- **Industrial analysis**: Conduct thorough market and industry analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for improvement.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of the organization’s products, including cable trunking and perforation, and effectively communicate this knowledge to teams and stakeholders.
- **Communicate with Stakeholders**: Facilitate clear and effective communication with employees, customers, and vendors to foster strong relationships and collaboration.
- **Leadership and Development**: Responsible to lead, mentor, and develop the management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- **Time management**: Ensure all projects and initiatives are completed on schedule
- **ERP proficiency**: Utilize ERP systems to optimize business processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Regularly assess business performance against objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies as necessary.
- **Project Management**:Oversee key projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet organizational goals and deliver expected outcomes.
- **Health and Safety**: Promote a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications & Experiences Needed**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the manufacturing or construction industry, particularly in cable trunking or perforation.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
- Proficient in using ERP systems and other relevant business software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Management Consultant (CMC) are advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cable Tray/ Trunking: 5 years (required)
- Managerial role: 5 years (preferred)
- Construction industry: 5 years (preferred)
- ERP system: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred)
- Certified Management Consultant (CMC) (preferred)
