Ensure the implementation of new strategies and initiatives to effectively meet or exceed
company & customer expectation
// Manage Operation, warehouse & customer service and relationship through providing regular
feedback and periodic operations review with clients to optimize quality of service, business
growth, and customer satisfaction
//Work Closely with sales & marketing team, scheduling and arrange export shipment to meet
customer order.
//Have knowledge on Full Set Account
// Fully Responsible for the company Monthly Management Account, cash flow projection and
monthly operating expenditure
//Prepare Tax Computations, estimation of tax// Deal With auditors, tax agents, banker etc
//To Prepare monthly payroll and ensure all documentations are complying statutory requirement
(including EPF, Socso,EIS & ETC)
//
//Related duties assigned by management
