**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for full spectrum of HR Operations. Perform end-to-end recruitment and payroll processing, monitor staff attendance, and drive the employee engagement initiative. Ensure timely submission of all statutory reports or contribution.
- Administer the training activities, performance management and manpower planning cycles for all centers.
- Assist in the development of the staff handbook, HR Policy and procedures and participate in the over HR strategies initiatives and orientation.
- Manage employee relations including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and grievance handling while promoting a positive and conducive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and government throughout human resources management. Update the company policies when necessary.
- Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent with 5 years of HR Generalist experience
- Knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and its latest amendment
- Sound knowledge on the HR good practice
- Goal-oriented, proactive, accountable and passionate about driving results
- Able to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Health care experience would be preferable.
