**Sales Support**: Assisting the sales team with various administrative tasks to streamline their workflow and improve efficiency.
**Data Management**: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and sales-related data in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems or databases.
**Order Processing**: Handling and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
**Invoicing and Billing**: Requesting invoices and handling billing processes for completed sales events transactions.
**Sales Reporting**: Creating regular sales reports for management, analyzing sales data, and providing insights to help identify trends and opportunities.
**Communication**: Serving as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other internal departments, providing information, answering queries, and resolving issues.
**Sales Coordination**: Coordinating and organizing sales meetings, events, and conferences.
**Sales Analysis**: Assisting in analyzing sales performance metrics and contributing to sales strategy and forecasting.
**Documentation**: Keeping sales-related documentation and records organized and easily accessible.
**Market Research**: Conducting research on competitors, market trends, and potential customers to support sales efforts.
**Administrative Support**: Providing general administrative support to the sales team, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
**Skillsets and abilities**:
- highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both internal teams and external customers effectively. Proficiency in using sales-related tools.
Allowance: RM2000/Per month
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: Up to RM2,000.00 per month
