- To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- To be able to provide information related to travel and tours for customers' convenient traveling purposes.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Good English, Mandarin & Cantonese communication skills (spoken & written).
- Able to read & write in Traditional Mandarin.
- SPM leavers and Fresh Graduates are welcomed to start their first career in a call centre - Full Training Provided.
- Background of Tourism & Hospitality will be an added advantage.

**SALARY PACKAGE**:

- Basic Salary: RM3,000
- Relocation Allowance (Fixed): RM200
- KPI Allowance: RM390 (depending on work performance)
- Shift Allowance: RM500 (depending on night shifts assigned)

**Salary: Up to RM 4,090 per month (including allowances)**

**WORKING HOURS**:

- Monday - Sunday | 5 working days a week with 2 days off (depending on scheduled shifts)
- Rotational shifts | 9AM - 12AM
- 9 hours working a day (inclusive of 1 hour break)

**JOB TYPE**:

- Contract (12 months)
