Admin Manager

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assisting the Management of the company to develop business by utilizing your expertise and efforts;
- Producing the highest level of quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness;
- Perform general administrative task such as filling of documents & claims;
- Others related admin duties;
- Assist in any other administrative and ad hoc tasks whenever required.
- Prepare minutes of meetings and answer all calls;
- Prepare DO, PO, collecting Invoice and check bills;
- Prepare coffee & tea, biscuits, daily amenities, stationary for office and staff welfare;
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is often preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative roles, such as office management or administrative support, is commonly required.
- Strong organizational skills to manage and coordinate various administrative tasks and processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with staff, clients, and to support business development
**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangsar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
