"1. Responsible for all departments filing system, making proper recommendations, follow-up and taking necessary action(s). 2. Ensure that all employees adhere to department filing system P&Ps 3. Review and continuously improve on existing filing system and procedures. 4. Implement and execute filing system policies / procedures and ensure compliance to the Company’s ISO standards. 5. Assist the to review, realign, reengineer and / or fine-tune the filing system operations to achieve optimum and maximum efficiency. 6. Follow-up with each department personnel on their own department filing system related matters while providing timely, regular and accurate reports as scheduled by the Management. 7. Ensures that all documents, forms, correspondences and / or record are dispatched as per Company’s P&P. 8. Ensure that records are kept properly and handover of information is executed clearly. 9. Liaise with the relevant departments to ensure that required document or matters are completed timely.
